This Returns policy does not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or wrongly advertised.
UNWANTED GOODS 30-DAY REFUND
You can cancel your contract with us before delivery, and up to 14 working days after delivery through distance selling regulations. To do this please message us through eBay. If you cancel order, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when returning items, so you should take out appropriate insurance cover to meet their values.
Once we have despatched your goods you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason, (However if you could provide us with a brief description of return reason, it will help us determine areas where we can improve our products or services), as long as they are with their original packaging and unused. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us (and have to pay any costs involved) and we are allowed to reduce your refund if there is any damage to the goods caused by you handling them. We will make all refunds to the PayPal account used to place your order and we will pay you within 7 days of us receiving the goods you have sent back to us.
This applies to all of our products.
To return items, you must inform us within 30 days of the date of delivery through email or call our customer service team HERE.
We will guide you through return process to make it easier. Please do not return items until you have received our response email with return instructions (within 1-2 working days).
When we receive items, we will send you email confirmation to your registered email address. After we checked returned items and no damage, deterioration or missing parts are found, we will refund your purchase in full as soon as possible, maximum up to 7 working days. If we receive damaged goods or with missing parts and these goods can be re-sale with difficulties, we reserve right to charge you for the reduction in value or total loss in value.
You must inform us in the first instance that you are returning item or items which develop a fault by email HERE. We will need your order number, date of purchase, name and postcode, a brief fault description, photos of faulty goods.
If the item developed fault within 30 days of purchase we will advise our Freepost returns address via email or at our discretion we may replace the item or faulty components.
If the item become faulty after 30 days of purchase, but within item’s stated warranty period we will at our discretion offer a replacement or replacement parts, refund or refurbished product.
All replacements are subject to actual stock availability at the time of processing.
What is not covered:
Normal wear and tear caused by use in accordance with the operating instructions e.g. blades, brushes, belts, discs, drill bits, etc.
Accidental damage, faults caused by: improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, overloading, insufficient maintenance, careless operation or handling of the product.
Use of the product for anything other than normal domestic purposes.
Change or modification of the product in any way.
Defects caused by the use of parts or accessories which are not Manufacturer genuine components.
Faulty installation if applicable.
Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than The Sanding Room Ltd or its authorised repair agents.
Claims, other than the right to correction of faults with the product covered by these conditions.
If you have received an incorrect product sent by our fault, please accept our sincere apologies and let us know as soon as possible by e-mail HERE. We will arrange to advise our Freepost returns address and send a replacement as soon as possible.
Please ensure that your return is made via an insured and tracked service in case of loss or damage in transit as we cannot take responsibility for this. Please also include a note with your name, postcode and order number. Our return address is:
