Delivery

We will normally send your items on the same working day, as long as we receive your order and payment before 12 pm.

Our normal business hours are Monday – Thursday from 8am – 4pm.

Please note we are not operate during the Weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these days and after 12 pm on Thursday will be send following first working day.

According to our delivery terms we will deliver your order to any address in the United Kingdom. This includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, Jersey and Guernsey. Please note that due to courier surcharges for heavier or valuable items there may be an additional delivery charge for delivery addresses in Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland and offshore islands including Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Hebrides.

Fast 24 Hours UK Delivery (FREE for orders above £50)

Flat fee of £6.95 applies for orders below £50. For orders above £50 we offer FREE UK Delivery. We use a Royal Mail 24 Hours Tracked service and national carrier companies and in the most cases you will receive your goods within 1 – 3 working days. If you live in a remote area or the carrier finds your address more difficult to find, your delivery may take a little longer. With some of the more remote areas such as the Highlands of Scotland, delivery can take several days. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. If Royal Mail is used as delivery option and you missed it, you can easily arrange redelivery online Here. If courier company is used, additional charge may be issued, you will find all necessary information about redelivery options in dispatch email. You as a buyer accepts responsibility for arrange redelivery / collection of the item from delivery company.

Please note if items purchased are longer than 450mm, Royal Mail delivery is limited and not always possible due to the length restrictions. For remote areas this can take a bit longer. Email alerts are given for all deliveries if contact mobile number was provided at checkout.

Whether these options are available will depend on where you are, type of product and the time of day. We will confirm this with you at the time you place your order.

Please note that our delivery times are estimates and whilst we aim to do everything possible to get your order to you on time, due to the following events including, but not limited to bad weather, errors and failures by couriers, stock errors, delivery times are not guaranteed. We also cannot accept claims for consequential loss or damage due to any delayed delivery for any reason.
